Soy-Garlic Crema

a bit of a fusion-type accessory for tacos, burritos and other such meals

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup Sour Cream
 4 tbsp Vinegar (white vinegar)
 2 tbsp Splenda or sugar
 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
 4 tsp Garlic Powder (1 heaping tablespoon of fresh or minced garlic works well here)
 2 pinches of dried ginger, to taste

Mix all ingredients.

I use a "Magic Bullet" blender to mix it all.
