I’ve had a number of bosses over 15 years – and none of them were ever what I would consider “bad”, compared to some others that I have seen. In that time, I’ve learned a bit, and grown a lot into leadership roles within my groups and teams. I’m just posting some musings and thoughts, because I feel they may add value to others along the line.
