Simple Instant Pot Italian Chicken

This is a super simple way to cook a very tasty chicken - either to go on a salad, or as a standalone entre

 1 Bottle Aldi Tuscan Garden Italian Dressing
 1 package chicken breasts (quantity as needed for your meal)

slice the chicken breasts in half to make two thinner slabs of meat

Using a meat tenderizer, tenderize the chicken (to allow it to absorb the dressing better)

Place the wire rack in the bottom of the instant pot

place 1 layer of chicken on the wire rack, and coat with the dressing

repeat layers and dressing until all chicken is in the instant pot

secure the lid of the instant pot, and operate it on the poultry setting.

Allow pressure to naturally release

remove wire rack, dumping chicken into the "sauce" at the bottom of the pot

Serve chicken. The sauce at the bottom of the pot may be ladled onto the chicken to moisten it (and avoid slightly dry, but still quite flavorful, meat)
