Instant Pot Taco Shell Lasagna

 1 large jar salsa
 1 lb ground meat
 1 box (medimum sized shells)
 1 package taco seasoning
 1 medium white onion, diced
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 16 oz sour cream
 1.50 cups water
 2 cups colby jack cheese

run the salsa through the blender, until it is about the consistency of pasta sauce

turn the instant pot to sautee

add ground meat, onion, garlic, and ingredients for taco seasoning (water, and seasoning) to instant pot, and cook until meat is browned

add pasta, water, salsa to instant pot

put lid on instant pot, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes

when instant pot is complete, use quick release to de-pressurize instant pot

mix in colby jack cheese, and half of the sour cream

put lid back on, and let sit for at least 2 minutes

serve, using remaining sour cream, and additional cheese as a topping if desired
