Not long ago, I had a friend ask about an easy way to create an ADIF (Amateur Data Interchange Format) for submittal to LOTW. He had some older files, or had been entering old log or QSL data manually… well, that was just another fun Excel project.
After looking up the ADIF format & requirements, it was primarily a matter of writing info to the correct columns. Yes, one can enter data manually and then edit columns, but the ADIF format is arranged differently than a typical QSL card, and has other limitations (band, mode, etc.).
This is a pretty simple project, but it’s worth posting here for others to play with. It is an XLSM, meaning it’s macro enabled…
