My lovely wife found a variation of this online... I changed it to just use my existing other recipes... it came out very well!

Sloppy Joe - the Sokol Recipie
 2 lbs ground meat (I prefer 97% lean)
 2 bottles, Heinze Chili sauce
  cup vinegar
  cup sugar or splenda
 1 large white onion
Mac N' Cheese - the Velveeta recipe
 1 brick, velveeta
 1 cup milk
 1 tsp pepper
 2 lbs pasta (bowties or shells)

1

run the onion over a cheese grater into the pan

add the ground meat to the pan, and brown with the onion

add chili sauce, sugar, and vinegar, then mix until all meat is coated int he sauce

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water

drain pasta

Cheese Sauce

dice the velveeta into 1" cubes

put velveeta and milk into a medium sauce pan, and heat until velveeta is melted (stir regularly to avoid burning to the pan)

add pepper, and stir

Mix cheese sauce with sloppy joe

mix cheesy sloppy joe to drained pasta, and stir well, untill everything is well coated
