Queso Dip

 1 lb White American Cheese (from the deli) broken into 1" cubes
 1 cup half and half
 0.25 cup salsa

heat the half and half in a pot on the stove

add cheese, and stir until melted, and with uniform consistency

mix in the salsa.

Serve - usually with tortilla chips.

Note that the original recipe called for salsa verde, but I wasn't going to purchase another jar of something to only use a little bit - I used my salsa recipe (https://www.kc9umr.com/?cp_recipe=salsa), since I was making a full taco dinner with spanish rice, beans, etc.
